Duties:
•Achieving store sales targets.
•Maintaining the level of customer service in the store at a high level.
•Supervision and guidance of the team.
•Assigning tasks, training and evaluating the team.
•Preparation of work programs in accordance with legislation.
•Supervision for the correct handling and protection of the company's products.
•Inventory count to ensure inventory target.
•Ensuring the correct image of the store.
•Ensures the implementation of safety and health regulations.
•Communication with the Management to develop methods and procedures to help increase sales and ensure the proper operation of the store.
Qualifications:
•Secondary school diploma.
•A degree or diploma will be considered an additional qualification.
•At least two (2) years of experience in a managerial position in a retail store or other related industry.
•Very good knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
•Very good knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications and POS systems.
•Leadership skills
•Communication and interpersonal skills.

•Organizational skills.
•Ability to solve problems.
•Promotion of team spirit and cooperation.
