Method

1. Start by mixing together all the ingredients for the dressing. 

2. Cook the gyoza dumplings according to the intructions and add the chopped vegetables into a big bowl.

3. Top with the dumplings, drizzle with the dressing and finish with some chopped cashew nuts and (optionally) some roasted sesame seeds.
