Method

1.Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, and wet ingredients in a separate bowl, whisking well. 

2. Then combine the two whisking well until no lumps exist. Let it sit for 5'

3.. In a pan, melt a pinch of butter. Pour over some batter using a ladle, wait for 1' until a light crust begins to form and then fold, chopping with a spatula.

4.. It's ok if the batter flows, it will cook properly. Make each pancake separately.

5. Serve with forest fruit and maple syrup.
