Method

1.       Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them into a medium bowl.

2.       Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to gently simmer.

3.       Pour cream over chocolate, then let it sit for 2-3 minutes to gently soften the chocolate.

4.       With a metal spoon or small rubber spatula, stir until completely combined and chocolate is melted.

5.       Place brownies on a plate.

6.       Top the brownies with the ice cream and drizzle with the melted chocolate.
