Lamb Chops with roasted potatoes & green peas

Method
1. Oven potatoes - just slightly oil on baking tray and add salt & pepper.
2. Bake in oven for 15-20 min at 180 degrees.
3.Slightly oil and rub in your epic spice rub,
4.Optional add some salt & pepper. Grill on a pan at high heat. Flip until golden brown.
5. For the peas,boil water and add a pinch of salt.
6. In the pan with lamb juices, add 50gr of lurpak garlic butter, 2 tbs of pesto sauce and add the roasted potatoes and the peas.Slightly cook for 4-5 minutes.
7.Then simply plate on your serving dish and enjoy!
