Pulled pork burger

Method

1. Cook the pulled pork according to the instructions. 

2. Once it's cooked we pull the pork apart, drizzle with the BBQ sauce and put it back in the oven for 5'.

3. To make the coleslaw, put the shredded carrot, cabbage and chopped onions in a large bowl.

4. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper well together and pour over the vegetables, mixing well.

5. Toast the buns, top up with a generous amount of the pulled pork, coleslaw and a few gherkins and enjoy with a side of onion rings!
