Method
1.Rinse the squid thoroughly and cut it into strips. Place the squid strips in a bowl, sprinkle with the spice mix, and stir.
2.In another bowl, combine the corn flour, all-purpose flour, and baking powder, and mix.
3.Coat the squid strips evenly with the flour mixture.
4. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the squid strips until golden and crispy.
5. Once ready, place the squid on absorbent paper and serve hot.
6. In a hand blender, add the herbs, chili peppers, and garlic. Blend until a paste is formed. Add the cumin and vinegar, and blend again. Season with salt and pepper, then add the olive oil, stirring until the desired consistency is achieved.
7.Serve the crispy squid strips with the verde sauce for a delicious combination.
