Method
Place the potatoes in a pan and add the olive oil, the garlic and season with salt and pepper . Mix and cook in a preheated oven at 180 C° for 40 minutes . In the meantime, place the seabream in another pan and marinate them with olive oil, parsley, basil, Epic fish seasoning , salt and mix. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C° for 25 minutes. Serve the sea bream with the greens asparagus,after frying them in the pan with some olive oil and salt and pepper.
