Squid & Cuttlefish in the oven

Method
1. Rince the squid & the cuttlefish in clean water
2. Put in a bowl and add 50ml of Olive oil
3. Grind some salt & pepper and sqeeze one fresh orange.
5. In a bowl add the shallots, the parsley and the red chilli to the base and mix evenly.
7. Add the squid and the cuttlefish
8. Pour the remaining juices on the top
9. Mix evenly so the her mix goes everywhere
10. Cut some orange slices and spread. Cover it with aluminium foil.
11. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake dor 2 hours till the dish is tender. Remove the foil and bake for 5-6 minutes till slightly brown.
12. Serve with white rice or pilaf
