Tacos with shrimps & avocado

Method
1. In a bowl mix the shrimps, lime juice, olive oil, onion cubes, sea salt flakes and paprika. Place in the fridge to marinate.
2. For the avocado purée place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in the fridge until needed.
3. In a small bowl add all the salsa ingredients and mix until smooth. Place in the fridge until needed.
4. Add the prawns into a frying pan and fry for 1 min per side.
5. Heat the tacos according to the package instructions.
6. Spoon avocado purée into the warm tacos, add shrimps, drizzle with salsa and fresh coriander leaves and serve.
